New York, 26 September, 2026 (Kamran Raja): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will depart for London tonight after completing his five-day visit to the United States and is expected to stay there for two to three days. The prime minister is scheduled to arrive at London’s Luton Airport at around 7am tomorrow. During his stay in the US, Prime Minister Shehbaz addressed the United Nations General Assembly and held meetings with several world leaders on the sidelines of the session. In his address, he highlighted Pakistan’s role in promoting global peace, addressing the situation in the Middle East and supporting efforts to resolve conflicts through mediation. He also attended a dinner hosted by representatives of the Overseas Pakistani Business Forum in the United States. During his stay in London, the prime minister is also expected to undergo a medical check-up. After completing his two- to three-day stay, Prime Minister Shehbaz is expected to return to Pakistan.
