Pakistan squad announced for ODI series against New Zealand

The Pakistan squad for the ODI series against New Zealand has been announced. While holding a press conference in Karachi, Chief Selector Shahid Afridi announced the names of the players. Babar Azam, Fakhar Zaman, Haris Rauf, Kamran Ghulam, Haris Sohail and Imamul Haq have been included in the squad. Muhammad Hasnain, Muhammad Nawaz and Muhammad Rizwan have also been made part of the Pakistan team squad. Wasim Junior, Naseem Shah, Agha Salman, Shahnawaz Dhani, Shan Masood, Tayyab Zahir and Osama Mir are also included in the Pakistani squad.

Shahid Afridi said that the captain and the selectors are on the same page, our responsibility is ours, the captain fulfills his responsibility. The Interim Chief Selector said that Shadab Khan was told to bowl first and then tell how he was feeling, after which Shadab told that he had pain in his finger and was being rested. Shahid Afridi said that it is such a chair that many people will be angry, it is a place of justice, cannot please everyone. Shahid Afridi said that the performance of domestic cricket is very important; the selection committee has completed all the consultations.

It should be noted that the ODI matches between Pakistan and New Zealand are scheduled on January 9, 11 and 13 in Karachi.
