Karachi, Hyderabad municipal elections, GHQ’s refusal to post static
GHQ has refused static deployment in local body elections in Karachi and Hyderabad.
The Ministry of Interior has informed the Election Commission by writing a reply letter in this regard. On January 15, the Election Commission had requested the deployment of army and rangers outside sensitive polling stations.
