Islamabad, 17 October, 2026 (Kamran Raja): Pakistani actor and model Imran Abbas has revealed that he stepped away from television dramas over the past two to three years and is now focusing on real estate, construction and philanthropic activities. Speaking in an interview with a private television channel, Abbas explained that he was no longer actively working in television dramas and had shifted his attention towards property development and construction projects. The actor said his academic background in architecture had also helped him pursue his interests in the construction sector. He disclosed that he had begun construction work in Islamabad and was currently developing a tower near Islamabad International Airport, with the project expected to be completed in approximately two and a half years. Abbas also discussed his involvement in charitable activities, saying that the loss of his parents and the fact that he had no children had encouraged him to devote more time and resources to work that could benefit others. “I want to do something for others that will benefit me in the afterlife,” he said, highlighting his desire to contribute positively to society through philanthropy and social welfare initiatives.
