16 February 2025, Newyork (Ghufran): The leadership of Friends of Pakistan met with the Consul General of Pakistan in New York, Mr. Aamer Ahmed Atozai, at his office to discuss matters of mutual interest and the official launch of the Friends of Pakistan New York Chapter.
During the meeting, both parties explored ways to strengthen ties between the Pakistani diaspora and their homeland, as well as enhance collaboration with Pakistani diplomatic missions across the United States. Discussions centered on fostering a stronger sense of community, promoting cultural and economic initiatives, and deepening engagement between overseas Pakistanis and Pakistan.
The launch of the Friends of Pakistan New York Chapter is expected to play a pivotal role in uniting the Pakistani-American community and furthering initiatives that support Pakistan’s global outreach and development.
